         Die Universität Bayreuth benötigt Leistungen für die Gebäudereinigung von verschiedenen Gebäudekomplexen in 4 Losen:

         Los 1 + 2 + 3: Unterhaltsreinigung

         Los 4: Glasreinigung

         Jeder Bieter kann Angebote für alle Lose einreichen, jedoch ist die Zahl der Lose, auf die ein einzelner Bieter den Zuschlag erhalten kann, auf 2 Lose (Höchstzahl) begrenzt. Kombiniert werden können ausschließlich ein Fachlos "Unterhaltsreinigung" (Los 1, 2 oder 3) mit dem Fachlos "Glasreinigung" (Los 4).

         Wenn die Anwendung der Zuschlagskriterien dazu führen würde, dass ein einzelner Bieter eine größere Anzahl von Losen als die Höchstzahl erhalten würde, scheidet das nicht in der vorgegebene Kombination „Glasreinigung / Unterhaltsreinigung“ enthaltene Angebot aus.
