         - stichpunktartige Kurzbeschreibung der mit eigenem Personal ausgeführten Leistungen einschl. ausgeführter Mengen und eventueller Besonderheiten in der Ausführung,

         - Angabe zur vertraglichen Bindung (Hauptauftragnehmer, Bietergemeinschaft, Nachunternehmer),

         2) Nachweis der beruflichen Qualifikation des einzusetzenden Personals, Mitarbeiterschulungen,

         3) Nachweis zum betrieblichen Hygienekonzept u.a. Anwendung von Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsplänen, HACCP-Grundsätze, Regelungen zur Aufrechterhaltung der Kühlkette,

         4) erweiterte polizeiliche Führungszeugnisse des Personals, welches für die Leistungserbringung vor-gesehen ist.
