         Handelsregisterauszug/Gewerbeanmeldung: Als geeignet gelten Bewerber, welche ihr Gewerbe ordnungsgemäß angemeldet haben. Der Bewerber weist seine angegebene Gesellschaftsform mit folgendem aktuellen Dokument

         nach: Handelsregisterauszug (bei Kapital- und Personengesellschaften), welcher nicht älter als

         ein halbes Jahr ist (gemessen am Datum der Abgabefrist des Teilnahmeantrags) bzw. Gewerbeanmeldung (bei Einzelunternehmen)

         Haftpflichtversicherung: Als geeignet gelten Bewerber, die eine Haftpflichtversicherung mit mindestens folgende .

         Deckungssummen pro Schadensereignis enthalten: für Personen- und Sachschäden: 20.000.000 Euro. Die vorstehend genannten Deckungssumme muss pro Versicherungsjahr mindestens zweimal zur Verfügung stehen.

         A) EVU-Zulassung: Als geeignet gelten Bewerber, die die Genehmigung als Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen nach §6 AEG besitzen.

         B) Sicherheitsbescheinigung: Als geeignet gelten Bewerber, welche die Sicherheitsbescheinigung nach §7a AEG besitzen.

         C) ECM-Zertifizierung Triebfahrzeuge: Als geeignet gelten Bewerber, die bestätigen, dass die ECM-Richtlinien zur Instandhaltung von Triebfahrzeuge eingehalten wird und die eingesetzten Triebfahrzeuge einer ECM-zertifizierten

         Instandhaltungsstelle zugewiesen sind.
