Die Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit einer Auftragsvergabe in einem Nachprüfungsverfahren ist fristgebunden. Es wird auf die in § 135 Abs. 2 GWB genannten Fristen verwiesen. Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aus der Projektvorstellung der Planung bei der DB Netz resultierte die Vorgabe, dass die Steckdosen auf dem Bahnsteig Gl.

4/5 zurückgebaut werden müssen. In diesem Zusammenhang ist für Ersatz zu sorgen. Als Lösung wurde die Nachrüstung von

Elektranten in Gleis 5 festgelegt.
