         Ausführungsplanung und Vorbereitung der Vergabeunterlagen

         Die L 677 wird ihren aktuellen und künftigen verkehrlichen Anforderungen jedoch nicht mehr gerecht. Es kommt immer wieder zu Konflikten zwischen dem Kraftfahrzeugverkehr, den übrigen Verkehrsteilnehmern sowie den Wohn-, Erholungs- und Geschäftsinteressen. Für den Prognosehorizont 2025 wird eine Verkehrsbelastung von bis zu 21.000 Fahrzeugen am Tag erwartet.

         Ziel des Neubaus ist es, die Verkehrssicherheit zu erhöhen und die Verkehrsqualität zu verbessern. Die L 677 n bündelt den hohen Anteil des Quell- und Zielverkehrs, um die Ortsdurchfahrt zu entlasten. Durch den Ausbau der angrenzenden Autobahnen und den Neubau der L 677 n entsteht ein schlüssiges Verkehrskonzept für den Raum Holzwickede, Dortmund und Unna.

         Gesamtschuldnerisch haftende Arbeitsgemeinschaft mit bevollmächtigtem Vertreter. Mehrfachbeteiligungen einzelner Mitglieder einer Bewerbergemeinschaft sind unzulässig und führen zum Verfahrensausschluss sämtlicher betroffener Bewerbergemeinschaften.

         Geforderte Kautionen und Sicherheiten Haftpflichtversicherung bei Personenschäden in Höhe von 3 Mio. Euro und sonstigen Schäden in Höhe von 5 Mio. Euro, es ist der Nachweis zu erbringen, dass die Maximierung der Ersatzleistung mind. das zweifache der Versicherungssumme pro Jahr beträgt.
