Binnen de opdracht om samen met de Opdrachtgever vorm en uitvoering te geven aan onze organisatieontwikkeling en de invulling van onze strategie Leren en Ontwikkelen onderscheiden we vier niveaus, die allemaal met elkaar in verbinding staan:

1. Organisatieniveau: ondersteuning, advisering en uitvoering bij onze organisatieontwikkeling en bij de Strategie Leren en Ontwikkelen, waaronder het (door-) ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van organisatie brede leer- en ontwikkeltrajecten.

2. Directie overstijgende trajecten, bijvoorbeeld samenwerkingsvraagstukken tussen twee directies.

3. Op niveau van de directies/sectoren: aanbod op gebied van teamontwikkeling, teamcoaching, procesbegeleiding en maatwerktrajecten.

4. Op individueel niveau: aanbod in de vorm van intervisie, leergangen en maatwerk Leerinterventies.

De Aanbestedende dienst kiest voor een raamovereenkomst langer dan vier jaar omdat wordt gestreefd naar een langdurige samenwerkingsrelatie. Een looptijd van totaal maximaal zes jaar geeft beide partijen een echte kans om een nauwe samenwerking tot stand te brengen. Het stelt Opdrachtgever en Opdrachtnemer in staat om een efficiënte samenwerking aan te gaan, die op de langere termijn positief bijdraagt aan de gewenste organisatieontwikkeling en het effect op leren in de provinciale organisatie.
