         Das Abrechnungszentrum Emmendingen nutzt die Software Jira der Herstellerin Atlassian sowie dazugehörige Apps. Ab dem 01.01.2024 stellt Atlassian nur noch Support für Datacenter Lizenzen und Apps im Mietmodell bereit. Die Bestandslizenzen müssen in Datacenter Lizenzen überführt werden. Die Dienstleistung hierzu ist Bestandteil des Los Nr. 2. Los Nr. 1 beinhaltet ausschließlich den Abschluss des Mietvertrages für die Jira Lizenzen ab dem 01.01.2024 für die Dauer von 36 Monaten.

         Zum Nachweis der Eignung sind mindestens drei erfolgreich umgesetzte Projekte zu beschreiben, in denen sowohl ein Softwareentwicklungsprozess, ein Ticketsystem für Kundenanliegen und ein internes Ticketsystem mit den Jira Produkten und Confluence eingeführt wurden. Bitte nennen Sie die Mehrwerte, die für den Auftraggeber durch die Einführung entstanden sind.

         2. Qualitätsmanagement

         Der Bieter muss einen Nachweis über die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards liefern. Im Falle einer Zertifizierung des Bieters oder der betroffenen Unternehmensbereiche des Bieters nach DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 kann diese Darstellung durch Vorlage einer Kopie des Zertifikats ersetzt werden.
