NT 01 - Es soll ein zusätzlicher Se2 Schienenwechsel zw. km 19,440 - km 22,869 sowie zw. km 6,062 - km 6,960 durchgeführt werden.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

NT 01 - Aufgrund mangelnder Kapazitäten des originär zuständigen Netzes Würzburg soll ein zusätzlicher Se2 Schienenwechsel zw. km 19,440 - km 22,869 sowie zw. km 6,062 - km 6,960 durchgeführt werden.Die Beauftragung eines abweichenden AN führt aufgrund der Vielzahl der im Baugleis aktiven Akteure zu einem erhöhtem Sicherungsaufwand. Konkret wäre ein erweiterter Sicherungsplan nebst zusätzlichen SiPo und SaKra erforderlich.Der im Falle einer Fremdbeauftragung erhöhte Koordinierungs und Sicherungsaufwand ist mit erheblichen Mehrkosten verbunden. Einerseits hätte die Erstellung eines Sicherungskonzeptes sowie in der Folge zusätzlicher Sicherungsposten und Sicherungsaufsichtskräfte erfordert.
