         Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. The documentation requirements are given in the tender documentation.

         Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the agreement. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement. The documentation requirements are given in the tender documentation.

         Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. The tenderer must have a quality management system/standard based on relevant European standards that are certified by accredited bodies. Suppliers shall have policies and routines for due diligence in accordance with the Ethical Terms and Conditions of the Contract, points 2.1-2.3.
