         Bei dem vorhandenen Vorhaben werden über 500 Betriebsteile der Berliner Wasserbetriebe mit einem einheitlichen elektronischen Zutrittssystem als Erweiterung des bestehenden Systems ausgerüstet.

         Bei der Erweiterung handels es sich um ca. 4.000 Türen und Tore an ca. 100 Standorten.

         Bei den Arbeiten handelt es sich um den Einbau einer elektronischen Schließanlage sowie der ergänzenden Einrichtung der Online-Komponenten des Systems.

         Die Zufahrtstore und Türen verteilen sich über eine Vielzahl von Liegenschaften, Gebäuden bzw. Gebäudekomplexen über die jeweiligen Werksgelände in ganz Berlin bzw. im Berliner Umland.

         Dem Auftragnehmer werden zu Ausführungsbeginn ein Übersichtsplan/Lageplan sowie einzelne Grundrisse zu den jeweiligen Gebäuden übergeben.

         Die Durchführung und der Zugang zu den jeweiligen Liegenschaften und Gebäuden ist mit der örtlichen bzw. übergeordneten Werksleitung des Auftraggebers abzustimmen. Des Weiteren ist das vorhandene Straßennetz auf dem jeweiligen Werksgelände in Absprache mit der örtlichen Werksleitung zu benutzen.
