VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

LÄA_04: Sowohl bei den Rammarbeiten für die Signalgründungen, als auch bei der Herstellung der Gleisquerungen kam es zu Erschwernissen und erheblichen Mehraufwendungen aufgrund Bodenklasse 6/7, sowie Findlingen, größere Gesteinsbrocken u. Betonbrocken.

Wegen der Forderung der Anlagenverantwortung werden die Rohre der Gleisquerungen betonummantelt eingebaut. Zudem wird das Liefern u. Einbauen von verdichtungsfähigem Material um die Gleisquerungen notwendig.

Aufgrund der nicht vorhersehbaren Bodenbeschaffenheit kommt eine Zulage bei Rammarbeiten hinzu (Felsiger Untergrund / dicht gepackte Sande).

Zusätzlich müssen die Signalstandorte mit dem Bohrgerät vorgebohrt werden (6m Tiefe), um anschließend die Rammarbeiten durchzuführen.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die erheblichen Mehraufwendungen und die daraus resultierenden Zulagen und Erschwernisse bei den Rammarbeiten und dem Herstellen der Gleisquerung, sind den unvorhersehbaren Bodenbeschaffenheiten zu verschulden. Der Boden ist ebenfalls zu lehmig, um ihn an der Gleisquerung anständig zu verdichten.
