         Die Vergabestelle behält sich vor, zu den Punkten 1 bis 3 vor der Zuschlagserteilung entsprechende Bescheinigungen nachzufordern.

         1. Eigenerklärung über ein gültiges Zertifikat Entsorgungsfachbetrieb gemäß § 56 KrWG oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation, jeweils bezogen auf die für die an-gebotenen Leistungen relevanten Tätigkeiten. Sollte die Zertifizierung als Entsorgungsfachbetrieb / die vergleichbare Qualifikation zum Zeitpunkt der Vertragsunterzeichnung nicht vorliegen, so verpflichtet sich der Auftragnehmer durch eine Ei-generklärung das geforderte Zertifikat bis zum 30.06.2024 zu erwerben. Die Zertifizierung ist für die Dauer des Auftrages aufrecht zu erhalten.
