Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Im Zuge der Herstellung der Mastfundamente muss der AN zusätzliches Material zur Baugrundverbesserung liefern undeinbauen. Diese Verbesserung umfasst das Erstellen eines Planums welches aufgrund der unvorhersehbarenBodenverhältnisse nicht Vertragsbestandteil sind. Das bei den VU beigelegte Baugrundgutachten gibt keine Standort-scharfenAuskünfte und lässt somit Raum für unvorhersehbare Umstände der Gründungsorte.Die Herstellung der Fundamente ist Bausoll. Die Herstellung des Planums ist lediglich ein Baubehelf um das Soll mängelfreizu errichten.
