      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Leistungen im Bereich Besucherservice

         des Jüdischen Museums Berlin ab dem 1. Februar 2024 und der selbstständige

         Betrieb aller Kassen (JMB und ANOHA) ab 1. August 2024.

         Die weitere Beschreibung ist im Abschnitt 3 „Leistungsbeschreibung“ dargelegt. Weitere

         Anlagen bzw. Vordrucke befinden sich in Abschnitt 4.

         Auftragsbeginn ist der 01.02.2024. Auftragsbeginn für die Teilleistung „Kassenbetrieb“

         ist der 01.08.2024. Die maximale Laufzeit für alle Leistungen des Vertrages beträgt vier

         Jahre. Der Vertrag wird fest für 2 Jahre und der auftraggeberseitigen Option auf zweimalige

         Verlängerung um jeweils ein Jahr geschlossen. Die jeweilige optionale Verlängerung

         tritt automatisch in Kraft, wenn nicht jeweils 6 Monate vor Vertragsende durch den Auftraggeber

         mitgeteilt wird, die Verlängerungsoption nicht in Anspruch zu nehmen.

         Eine Kündigung des Auftrages durch den Auftraggeber aus wichtigem Grund bleibt

         hiervon unberührt. Ein Anspruch auf Vertragsverlängerung oder auf die Angabe von Gründen für die

         Nichtinanspruchnahme der Optionsrechte besteht seitens des Auftragnehmers nicht.

         Der Vertrag endet automatisch spätestens am 31.01.2028. Hierfür bedarf es keiner gesonderten

         Kündigung.
