         Durch die Stadt Eberswalde wird eine Berufshaftpflichtversicherung mit einer Mindestdeckungssumme von 1,5 Mio Euro für Personenschäden und 0,25 Mio Euro Sach- und Vermögensschäden gefordert. Der Bieter hat einen Nachweis einer Berufshaftpflichtversicherung mit mindestens den geforderten Deckungssummen zu erbringen. Die Versicherung muss auch ein Ausfallverschulden bei der Einschaltung von Unterauftragnehmern decken. Für den Fall, dass die geforderte Versicherung zum Zeitpunkt der Angebotsabgabe nicht besteht, reicht der Nachweis der Bereitschaft eines Versicherungsunternehmens, mit

         dem Bieter eine entsprechende Berufshaftpflichtversicherung im Fall der Zuschlagserteilung abzuschließen durch Vorlage einer entsprechenden schriftlichen Erklärung des Versicherungsunternehmens.
