Durante la ejecución de la obra se han detectado nuevas necesidades y condicionantes constructivos, no incluidas tanto en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas como en el proyecto básico.

Estas nuevas necesidades, tienen una valoración económica por importe de 230.057,49 € y una necesidad de ampliación del plazo de ejecución de 5 meses.
