         Die BBS I in Lüneburg wird umfangreich saniert und umgebaut. Es handelt sich um ein freistehendes Gebäude in Lüneburg. Das 3-geschossige Gebäude ist in Massivbauweise mittels Betonfertigteilen und Mauerwerkswänden errichtet.

         Es erfolgt die Entfernung schadstoffhaltiger Bauteile und die partielle Erneuerung von Haustechnik. Des Weiteren der Austausch der Fensterfassaden im EG sowie 1. und 2. OG, die Erneuerung von Decken-, Wand- und Bodenoberflächen einschließlich Akustikmaßnahmen.

         Es werden Schulersatzbauten in Form von Containern auf dem Grundstück gestellt.

         Die Baumaßnhme wird in 7 Bauaschnitte gegliedert und zeitlich nacheinander im laufenden Schulbetrieb abgearbeitet.

         Lärmintensive Arbeiten dürf Montag - Freitag erst ab 14.00 Uhr, Samstag und in den niedersächsischen Schulferien auch ganztägig stattfinden.
