Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aufgrund eines Streckentrenners in der Oberleitung konnte ein Teil des Gleisumbaus nicht vollständig durchgeführt werden,

da ein Schienenwechsel unter eingeschalteter Oberleitung aus sicherheitstechnischen Gründen nicht durchgeführt werden kann. Dies ist nicht dem Wirkungsbereich des AN anzulasten. Ein Schwellenwechsel hingegen ist mit einem Schwellenwechsler auch unter eingeschalteter Oberleitung möglich.
