         Ausgeschrieben wird die Gebäude- und Inventarversicherung für die Stadt Rendsburg.

         Die Gesamtversicherungssumme für Gebäude beträgt EUR 342.520.912,24 und für das Inventar EUR 27.017.629,00.

         Die versicherten Gefahren sind für Gebäude, Feuer, Leitungswasser, Sturm/Hagel und im Inventarbereich zusätzlich Einbruchdiebstahl. Zusätzlich wird die Gefahr Glasbruch für vier Objekte versichert.

         Die erweiterte Elementarschadendeckung ist ebenfalls Gegenstand der Ausschreibung.

         Es sind Angebote ohne Selbstbehalt und alternativ mit einem Selbstbehalt in Höhe von EUR 1.000,00 (max. EUR 20.000,00 p.a.) zu unterbreiten.

         Die Selbstbehalte in der Elementarversicherung sind abweichend und können den Ausschreibungsunterlagen entnommen werden.
