         Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung elektrischer Energie;

         Der Strombedarf des Universitätsklinikums Leipzig beläuft sich pro Jahr auf ca. 46 GWh. Ziel des Beschaffungsvorhabens ist der Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen zur Lieferung von Elektroenergie in Form von festen Beschaffungsfahrplänen in einen Bilanzkreis im Rahmen eines dynamisches Beschaffungssystem gem. § 120 Abs. 1 GWB. Die Beschaffung elektrischer Energie erfolgt nach Abschluss der Rahmenverträge durch Preisabfragen für die Lieferung von Tranchen der festen 1h- bzw. 1/4h-Beschaffungsfahrpläne. Die Details der Preisabfrage werden in den Vertragsunterlagen näher definiert. Der Rahmenvertrag dient zur Festlegung der kaufmännischen und inhaltlichen Aspekte. Die einzelnen Preisabfragen werden rechtzeitig an den Bieterkreis bekannt gegeben und kurzfristig bezuschlagt. Allen geeigneten Firmen wird bei Anerkennung des geplanten Einkaufsverfahrens und Abschluss des Rahmenvertrages die Möglichkeit geboten, an den einzelnen Einkäufen über einen mehrjährigen Zeitraum teilzunehmen. Eine Verpflichtung zur Preisabgabe besteht jedoch nicht. Eine Garantie für einen Zuschlag im Rahmen der einzelnen Aufträge/Preisabfragen besteht nicht. Hier wird nach rein wirtschaftlichen Aspekten entschieden. Der Vertragszeitraum (Abruf) beläuft sich auf 4 Jahre. Der Lieferzeitraum gilt für die Jahre 2025, 2026, 2027 und 2028.
