Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die Nachtragsvereinbarung ist zwingend erforderlich, da die angebotene Leistung zur Erbringung des Hauptauftrags erforderlich ist. Die gesetzlichen Anforderungen des § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 GWB werden durch den vorliegenden Sachverhalt erfüllt. Die Umstände der Änderung waren in Rahmen der Sorgfaltspflicht des Auftraggebers nicht vorhersehbar. Der Gesamtcharakter des Auftrags bleibt erhalten.
