MKA001: Der Nachtrag 01 beinhaltet die erforderliche und nicht vorgesehene Leistung der Lieferung von 2 Kabeltrommel, die nicht im Hauptvertrag vertraglich vereintbart waren und dienen zur Sicherstellung des Bahnbetriebs.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Ein Wechsel des AN würde erheblichen Mehraufwand und Verzögerungen im Leistungsablauf verursachen. Ein neuer Planer müsste sich erst in die vorhandenen komplexen Unterlagen und in den Sachstand einarbeiten, dann die Lücken feststellen und bearbeiten. Dabei könnte nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass dann wieder Widersprüche oder Lücken auftreten. Dies stellt eine doppelte Bearbeitung dar, die sowohl zeitlich als auch finanziell nachteilig wäre.
