         Endprüfung, welches Qualitätssicherungssystem angewandt

         Vorhandene Qualitätsmanagement-Zertifikate, z.B. gemäß DIN

         EN ISO 9001, sind vorzulegen; dies gitla uch für Vorlieferanten

         sowie Subunternehmer (beigefügter Vordruck)

         - Darstellung des "Firmenprofils" mit Angaben zu

         Mitarbeiterzahl, Fertigungsstätten, technischer Ausstattung

         sowie Anzahl und Qualifikation der mit dem Lieferauftrag

         Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Bieter sowie deren

         Nachunternehmen und Verleihunternehmen, soweit diese

         bereits bei Angebotsabgabe bekannt sind, die erforderlichen

         Verpflichtungserklärungen (diese wird mit den

         Vergabeunterlagen zur Verfügung gestellt) zur Tariftreue und

         zum Mindestentgelt mit dem Angebot abzugeben haben. Die

         Verpflichtungserklärung bezieht sich nicht auf Beschäftigte, die

         bei einem Bieter, Nachunternehmer und Verleihunternehmen

         im

         EU-Ausland beschäftigt sind und die Leistung im EU- Ausland

         erbringen. Für jeden schuldhaften Verstoß gegen eine sich aus

         der Verpflichtungserklärung zu Tariftreue und Mindestentgelt

         ergebene Verpflichtung ist eine Vertragsstrafe in Höhe von

         einem Prozent der Nettoauftragssume vom Auftragnehmer zu

         zahlen.
