      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Auswertung von hochaufgelösten Satellitendaten für die Erfassung von Bodenbewegungen über der Grube Schlema-Alberoda für den Zeitraum von Anfang Juni 2020 bis Ende Juni 2023.

         Das Untersuchungsgebiet ist von unterschiedlicher Nutzung gekennzeichnet . Bereiche von Wäldern, Wiesen und Agrarflächen wechseln sich mit urbaner Nutzung ab. Teilweise liegen die Bereiche von zu erwartender Bodenbewegung in bebauten Gebieten (Niederschlema), teilweise auch in vegetationsreichen Gebieten (Kurpark Oberschlema).

         Mit der Auswertung der Satellitendaten sind bergbaubedingte Bodenbewegungen zu detektieren, mit den Nivellements zu vergleichen, kritisch zu bewerten und Schlussfolgerungen für die Anwendbarkeit des Verfahrens bei der vorhandenen Nutzung zu ziehen. Mögliche Optimierungsmöglichkeiten sind aufzuzeigen.

         Die Größe des Untersuchungsgebietes beträgt 182 km² und übersteigt die Ausdehnung des Einwirkungsbereiches der flutungsbedingten Bodenbewegungen weitreichend. Die entsprechenden hochaufgelösten Szenen sind zu beschaffen oder vorzuhalten.

         Die Prozessierung soll ohne „Multilooking“ in voller Auflösung der Satellitendaten durchgeführt werden. Gefordert wird eine Auswertung mittels eines Algorithmus, der Punktstreuer und Flächenstreuer gleichzeitig in einer Prozessierung bestimmt.

         Es sollen Daten aus den Ascending und Descending-Orbits kombiniert verwendet werden.

         Es soll eine 2D-Dekomposition in vertikal und Ost-West-horizontal gerichtete Bewegungskomponenten durchgeführt werden um das volle Potential der erhobenen Daten in beiden Orbits auszuschöpfen und Fehlinterpretationen zu vermeiden.

         Die Ergebnisdatei muss für übliche Geoinformationssysteme (GIS) importierbar sein. In den Attributen soll zwischen PS und DS unterschieden werden.

         Zur Visualisierung der Ergebnisse soll ein Web-GIS mit Analysetools geliefert werden. In diesem Web-GIS sollen die Nivellementsdaten eingearbeitet und in die Zeitsenkungskurven sinnvoll ausgewählter PS bzw. DS integriert werden.

         Die Ergebnisse sind in einem Web-GIS und einem Bericht darzustellen.
