         - Se establece como requisito de solvencia técnica el acreditar la correcta prestación del servicio de lectura por visualización para un operador del sector del agua o energía, con más de un millón de lecturas por año, durante un periodo mínimo de dos años en los últimos tres.

         - Deberá acreditarse, a su vez, la realización de al menos, 30.000 inspecciones/año para un operador del sector del agua y/o energético en idénticos requisitos de plazo. El operador que esté emitiendo el certificado que muestra la conformidad con los trabajos efectuados por la empresa que presenta la oferta a la licitación deben ser absolutamente independientes entre sí.
