         Die Beschaffung stationärer Unterflurabfallsammelsysteme mit einem Nutzvolumen von 1 m3 bis 5 m3 einschließlich Behälteraufnahme an der Oberseite und Bodenentleerung.

         Im ersten Jahr sollen ca. 100 Stück Unterflurabfallsammelsysteme unterschiedlichster Volumina beschafft werden.

         Die aufgeführten Stückzahlen dienen lediglich als Kalkulationsgrundlage, ein Anspruch auf Abruf besteht nicht. Die Anzahl tatsächlich abgerufene Menge kann nach unten oder oben um 20 % variieren! Dies entspricht einem Minimum von ca. 80 Stück und Maximum ca. 120 Stück Behälter von 1 m3 - 5 m3.

         Die Laufzeit des Vertrages beginnt mit Erteilung des Zuschlags und endet mit dem letzten Abruf und Abnahme stationäre Unterflurabfallsammelsysteme. Nach Endabnahme stationäre Unterflurabfallsammelsysteme und oder nach Erreichung der Höchstmenge von ca. 120 Stück kann der Vertrag frühzeitig enden.

         • Für den Nachweis über das Nichtvorliegen von Ausschlussgründen hat der Bieter eine Eigenerklärung nach § 123 ff. GWB (Anlage 2) abzugeben.

         • 3 Referenzen aus den letzten drei Jahren über Leistungen, die mit dieser zu vergebenen Leistung vergleichbar sind (insbesondere von öffentlichen Auftraggebern) unter Angabe des Projekttitels, des Rechnungswertes, des Ausführungszeitraumes, des Auftraggebers sowie eines dortigen Ansprechpartners nebst Telefonnummer und E-Mail

         Zur Leistung gehört ebenfalls das Liefern aller notwendigen Daten und Unterlagen, sowie die erforderliche Dokumentation hinsichtlich Einbaus, Gebrauch, Wartung und Instandsetzung.

         Dem Angebot ist zwingend beizufügen:

         • eine Zeichnung, die sämtliche relevanten Maße enthält

         • eine Garantieerklärung sowie ein technisches Datenblatt

         • der Nachweis über das tatsächliche Nutzvolumen je Behältergröße

         • eine genaue Beschreibung zur Sicherheitsplattform

         • eine detaillierte Beschreibung, wie die Wartungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten ausgeführt werden müssen

         • positionierte Ersatzteilzeichnungen mit Ersatzteilnummern und -Stücklisten mit besonderer Kennzeichnung der Verschleißteile unter Angabe der Werkstoffe, Explosionszeichnungen, Abmessungen und Gewichte

         prüffähige Statik des bzw. der Betonschächte einschl. Nachweis der Auftriebssicherheit bis GOK 0,0.

         Die Fertigungsstätte der Betonschächte und der Innenbehälter inkl. Einwurfsäule mit Adresse ist anzugeben..
