Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

m Rahmen der Entwurfsplanung wurde unter anderem untersucht, ob eine Anhebung der Gradiente einen Einfluss auf der Standsicherheit der angrenzenden Gewölbebrücke hat. Mit der Nachrechnung der Gewölbebrücke wurde das unabhängige Ingenieurbüro Weihermüller Vogel beauftrag. Die Nachrechnung ergab, dass die Gewölbebrücke die geänderte Belastungssituation nicht abtragen kann und Maßnahmen zwingend erforderlich sind. Diese Leistung war nicht vorhersehbar. Daher ist die Leistung über einen Nachtrag zu bestellen. Eine ausführliche Begründung für diesen Nachtrag befindet sich in Nachtragsunterlagen (Begründung-Vergabe-Gewölbebrücke) .
