      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Die Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes ist das älteste und größte Begabtenförderungswerk in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gemäß ihrer Satzung fördert sie "die Hochschulbildung junger Menschen, deren hohe wissenschaftliche oder künstlerische Begabung und deren Persönlichkeit besondere Leistungen im Dienste der Allgemeinheit erwarten lassen". Die Auswahl und Förderung der Stipendiatinnen und Stipendiaten erfolgen unabhängig von politischen, weltanschaulichen und religiösen Vorgaben.

         Die Studienstiftung hat derzeit ca. 200 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, darunter etwa 180 an den Standorten Ahrstraße 41 und Mittelstraße 43 in Bonn-Plittersdorf. Die Ausschreibung zu Gebäudereinigung betrifft die genannten Gebäude.

         In der Regel leisten an jedem Werktag ca. 50% der Beschäftigten ihre Arbeit als mobile Arbeit bzw. im Rahmen von Dienstreisen.

         Das Gebäude in der Ahrstraße 41 wurde im Jahr 2002 fertiggestellt und bezogen. Das Gebäude in der Mittelstraße 43 wurde ca. im Jahr 1985 erbaut und wird von der Studienstiftung seit Herbst 2015 genutzt.

         Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Unterhalts- und Grundreinigung der von der Studienstiftung ge-nutzten Gebäude Ahrstraße 41 und Mittelstraße 43 in Bonn-Plittersdorf. Das Gebäude Ahrstraße umfasst neben dem Erdgeschoss und drei Obergeschossen zwei Kellerebenen, insgesamt eine Flä-che von ca. 2.140 qm. Das Gebäude Mittelstraße 43 umfasst das Erdgeschoss und zwei Oberge-schosse sowie eine Kellerebene mit einer Gesamtfläche von 1.550 qm.

         Die Vertragsdauer beträgt zwei Jahre. Sie verlängert sich um jeweils ein Jahr, wenn der Vertrag nicht mit einer Frist von sechs Monaten gekündigt wird. Die maximale Vertragsdauer beträgt vier Jahre. Der Vertrag endet somit spätestens mit Ablauf des 30. September 2027.
