Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Überarbeitung und brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung der ursprünglich geplanten und schon in großen Flächen fertiggestellten Ausführung des Hohlbodens im Bereich Westtrakt und Südtrakt, 3.OG; Grund der erneuten Überarbeitung sind planerische Änderungen des Brandschutzes/Brandabschnitte mit Bezug zur aktuellen Sprinkler-VO. Aus dieser Forderung ergibt sich die Ertüchtigung mit speziellen Brandschotts aus Vollgipssteinen im Bereich des Hohlraumes von Rohdecke zur Unterkante des Hohlbodens.Die Leistung war bisher so nicht vorgesehen und somit auch nicht ausgeschrieben. Aber im Zuge der Projektbearbeitung nun erforderlich geworden.Die Leistungen waren nicht im Auftrags-LV enthalten, ein Wechsel des AN kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
