Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aufgrund von nicht vorhersehbaren Wetterereignissen (ausgebliebene Niederschläge in Kombination mit extrem hohen Temperaturen über 40 Grad Celsius) ist ein Austausch der ausgefallenen Pflanzen erforderlich. Dies ist notwendig um eine naturschutz- und forstrechtliche Kompensationsbepflanzung Sicherzustellen.
