         In Berlin Steglitz-Zehlendorf, Ortsteil Lankwitz werden im Bereich der Leonorenstraße die Netze der BWB umfangreich saniert, repariert und erneuert.

         Als Hauptmaßnahme werden ca. 785 m Abwasserdruckrohrleitung DN 900 - DN 1000 GG und St. aus dem Jahr 1908 ausgewechselt. Des Weiteren sollen ca. 783 m Trinkwasserleitungen DN 100 - DN 200 GG und dGe aus dem Jahr 1955-1966 ausgewechselt werden und ca. 600 m Abwasserkanal DN 250 - DN 700, EI 900/600 Stz. und B. aus dem Jahr 1961 und 1965 repariert und erneuert werden.

         Der Auftragnehmer hat bei Zuschlagserteilung die Objektplanungsleistungen in Anlehnung an die Anlage 12 HOAI 2021 für die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6, die Tragwerksplanung für den Kanal in Anlehnung an die Anlage 14 HOAI 2021 für die Leistungsphasen 1-3 sowie die besonderen Leistungen Geotechnischer Bericht GK 2/3 einschl. Baugrundaufschlüsse und Verkehrsplanung zu erbringen.
