         Für die Kapazitätserweiterung der Förderschule 53 (Comeniusschule Potsdam) ist ein Erweiterungsbau mit Sporthalle auf dem Grundstück der Schule geplant.

         Die Hauptabmessungen des neu zu errichtenden Gebäudes betragen ca.: Breite / Länge /Höhe = 41,25 / 35,90 / 12,65 m.

         Der Neubau untergliedert sich in ein Gebäudeteil ohne Untergeschoss und einem Gebäudeteil mit Untergeschoss.

         Dementsprechend ist die Baugrube unterschiedlich modelliert und z.T. mit einem Berliner Verbau umwehrt.

         Die Gründung erfolgt auf Bohrpfählen, die unter den tragenden Wänden und unter der Sporthallenfläche angeordnet werden. Die Pfähle sind aufgrund der benachbarten Bebauung

         erschütterungsfrei einzubringen (Vollverdrängungspfähle).

         Die Baustelle kann über eine asphaltierte Grundstückszufahrt vom Finkenweg angefahren werden. Diese Zufahrt ist max. 3 m breit und 35 m lang. Aufgrund der begrenzten Platzverhältnisse darf das Borgerät eine nur Spurweite bis zu 2,80m aufweisen, das Gewicht sollte 47t nicht überschreiten.

         Im Bereich der südlich verlaufenden Straße Brauhausberg wird eine asphaltierte Baustelleineinrichtungsfläche bauseits hergestellt. Das Straßenniveau liegt dort rd. 6 m über der Geländefläche innerhalb des Baufeldes.

         Parallel zu den Bauarbeiten läuft der Schulbetrieb im benachbarten Bestandsgebäude der Comenius-Förderschule weiter. Aufgrund dieser sensiblen Nutzung und der Nähe zu privaten Wohnhäusern sind Erschütterungen, Staub- und Lärmemissonen auf eine Minimum zu reduzieren.
