      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Die Einkaufsgemeinschaft HAMBURG WASSER, bestehend aus der Hamburger Wasserwerke GmbH und der Hamburger Stadtentwässerung AöR, vertreten durch die Hamburger Stadtentwässerung AöR, beabsichtigt, einen über die Implementierung und Einführung eines Softwaresystems für die Unterstützung der taktischen und strategischen Ressourcenplanung abzuschließen.

         Bei HAMBURG WASSER soll ein Softwaresystem implementiert werden, welches die Ressourcenplanung unterstützt. Die speziellen Anforderungen der unterschiedlichen Bereiche soll das System ebenfalls berücksichtigten sowie beteiligte Rollen als auch die erforderlichen Prozesse abbilden können.

         Alle erforderlichen Informationen (z.B. Ressourceninformationen, Projekte, Ist-Stunden) können aus anderen Systemen durch vorhandene Schnittstellen u.a. zu SAP- PS, SAP-HCM und MS Excel integriert, und auch Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten können bei der Ressourcenplanung berücksichtigt werden.

         Die Laufzeit des Vertrages soll 48 Monate betragen. Voraussichtlicher Vertragsbeginn: 01.12.2023.
