Die Auftragsänderung ist gem. § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 GWB ohne Durchführung eines neuen Vergabeverfahrens zulässig, da ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers aus technischen Gründen nicht er-folgen kann.
