         Les services seront exécutés à l’adresse suivante :

         - le siège d’Enabel en Belgique : rue Haute 147, 1000 Bruxelles. Un bureau et du matériel informatique seront fournis pour l’exécution des services.

         - Les pays où la coopération belge intervient au nom de l’Etat belge ou tout autre pays où l’intervention d’Enabel est sollicitée par d’autres donateurs.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Enabel met en œuvre la coopération gouvernementale de l’État belge dans ses 14 pays partenaires. Nous mettons également notre expertise à disposition d’autres donateurs comme l’UE.          Enabel emploie 2.200 collaborateurs et collaboratrices, dont 230 à Bruxelles et 1.970 à l’étranger, principalement en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient. Le personnel travaillant à l’étranger compte plus de 1.600 employé·es locaux·ales.
