         Zum Nachweis der Eignung wird die Fachkunde, Leistungsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Bewerber und Bieter geprüft. Der Nachweis kann durch Eintragung in einem amtlichen Verzeichnis oder im Präqualifikationsverzeichnis erfolgen. Alternativ kann der Nachweis durch Abgabe einer Eigenerklärung (entsprechendes Formular in den Vergabeunterlagen) erbracht werden. Es sind Angaben zum Umsatz der letzten 3 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahre, zur Ausführung mindestens drei vergleichbarer Leistungen, zur Zahl der Beschäftigten, zur Eintragung in das Berufsregister, zum Russlandbezug, zur Umsetzung des Tariftreue- und Vergabegesetzes, zum Nachunternehmereinsatz, zu evtl. Insolvenzverfahren, zur evtl. Liquidation, zur Nichtbegehung schwerer Verfehlungen die die Zuverlässigkeit als Bewerber in Frage stellt (keine Ausschlussgründe gemäß § 123 oder § 124 GWB), zur Zahlung von Steuern und Abgaben sowie zu den Beiträgen zur gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung und zur Anmeldung bei der Berufsgenossenschaft erforderlich. Von den Bietern, deren Angebote in die engere Wahl kommen, sind die Angaben auf Verlangen innerhalb einer Frist von 6 Kalendertagen durch entsprechende Bescheinigungen der zuständigen Stellen zu bestätigen.

         Die Einhaltung der Vorgaben des NTVergG ist durch die Abgabe einer Erklärung zur Umsetzung des NTVergG (entsprechendes Formular in den Vergabeunterlagen) zu bestätigen.

         Als Beleg für die erforderliche wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit ist eine entsprechende Bankerklärung vorzulegen und ein Nachweis über eine entsprechende Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung.

         Die Einhaltung der Vorgaben des NTVergG ist durch die Abgabe einer Erklärung zur Umsetzung des

         NTVergG(entsprechendes Formular in den Vergabeunterlagen) zu bestätigen.

         kommenden Reinigungsmittel auf Anforderung.
