Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Hauptvertrag wird unter den Positionen 03.04.0040 - 03.04.0060 und04.04.0040 - 04.04.0060 die Ausbildung der Fußpunkte

der Nebendächer beschrieben. Der Leistungsbeschrieb sieht hier vor, die Fußpunkte aus dem Material GS355 (Gusseisen)

auszubilden. Der untere Gussteil sollte hierzu an ein Blech aus Baustahl S235 angeschweißt werden.

Im Zug der Ausführungsplanung kam es aus statischen Gründen zu Änderungen, die in die AP eingearbeitet wurden. Als Material

kommt nun Edelstahl in der Güte 1.4541 anstelle Gusseisen zur Verwendung.

Weiterhin waren aufgrund der Leerrohrführung in den Fundamenten die Fußplatten anzupassen.
