         Die Hauptbaumaßnahme ist die Renovierung des Labors aus den 60er Jahren im 4. OG im Haus A. Als Beispiel haben wir das gerade renovierte Labor im 3. OG im Haus B.

         Das Haus A braucht eine Außentreppe als 2. Rettungsweg, die die Geschosse 3 und 4 anschließt. Die Treppe soll einfach und schlicht sein, nicht wie das gerade gebaute am Haus B.

         Die verschiedenen Elektroarbeiten werden auch von verschieden Bauarbeiten wie Durchbrüche, Putzarbeiten oder Ausbesserung der Räume begleitet. Das ist auch ein Teil der Leistung. Eine wichtige Baumaßnahme ist eine neue Stahlstruktur für die Lüftungszentrale auf dem Dach vom Haus A wie die gerade gebaute im Haus B.

         Wie in der Anlage 3 des Vertrags beschrieben wird seitens BEP die Leistungsphase 1, 2 und Teils des 3 erbracht. Die Leistungsphase 4 wird nur für die Außentreppe und Lüftungszentrale nötig sein.
