Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die Nachtragsleistung ist zur Erbringung der Teilplanung "Rauchfreihaltung der Rettungswege in Treppenhäusern" erforderlich. Bei Auftragnehmer Wechsel würden Synergieeffekte durch die bereits begonnen Planung der Treppeneinhausungen in den Stationen verloren gehen. Eine getrennte Vergabe würde zu Verzögerungen durch Ausschreibung und massiven Abstimmungsbedarf zwischen Statik und Objektplanung führen, die eine Berücksichtigung der Ergebnisse in der laufenden Planung verzögern würden.
