Im 1.BA wird ab dem III.Quartal 2021 der Trakt C um ein Geschoss aufgestockt. Der 2.BA umfasst die Umbauarbeiten an Trakt B. Der 3. Bauabschnitt plant den Neubau des Trakt Ds. Das vorliegende Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst die Lüftungsanlage des Trakt D s.

         Zur Sicherstellung des Luftwechsels, sind drei Lüftungsanlagen auf dem Dach geplant.

         Diese belüften maßgeblich folgende Zonen: Küche, Mensa / Bibliothek + Flure, sowie die naturwissenschaftlichen Unterrichtsräume.

         Als Verteilsystem sind Blechkanäle sowie rundes Wickelfalzrohr vorgesehen. Die Abluft der NaWi-Räume ist als PPS-Rohr mit Promatverkleidung auszuführen.

         Die Regelung und Verdrahtung erfolgt über ein gesondert ausgeschriebenes Gewerk.
