    Der Auftraggeber wird für den Bieter, mit dem der Vertrag geschlossen werden soll, einen Auszug aus dem Gewerbezentralregister (§ 150 Gewerbeordnung) beim Bundeszentralregister anfordern, um seine Zuverlässigkeit zu überprüfen.
    
    Wird eine entsprechende Bescheinigung vom Herkunftsland eines ausländischen
    
    Bieters nicht oder nicht in vollem Umfang ausgestellt, kann sie durch eine eidesstattliche oder förmliche Erklärung des ausländischen Bieters ersetzt werden.
