In connection with the procurement of equipment for the New Hospital in Drammen, an analytical instrument line for haematological analyses will be procured.

The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with Sysmex Norway NUF.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The selected system:

- must be in a combined automation line that has only one connection point on the transport path, ref. the automation system awarded by Roche for "K9221 Analysis hall, part I".

- must give NSD a significant gain in terms of space utilisation, appropriate logistics and general resource utilisation.

It has therefore been decided that Sykehusbygg will enter into an agreement with Sysmex Norway NUF for this combination of analytical instruments in an automation line.

Terms for procurements without a contest, cf. The regulations dated the 12th of August 2016 no. 974 in the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) § 13-4, letter b are considered to be fulfilled. For the above reasons, we can only enter into an agreement with one tenderer, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 5-2 (1) a.

The deadline for any objections is Friday 23 June at 12:00.

Any responses should be sent to the contracting authority via the communications module in Mercell.

Explanation:

In connection with the establishment of the New Hospital in Drammen (Norwegian: NSD), analytical instruments for haematology, smears (preparation and staining), digital morphology (digital microscopes with associated atlas/cell library), SR and HBA1C will be acquired for the analysis hall. The selected system: - must be in a combined automation line that has only one connection point on the transport path, ref. the automation system awarded by Roche for "K9221 Analysis hall, part I". - must give NSD a significant gain in terms of space utilisation, appropriate logistics and general resource utilisation. It has therefore been decided that Sykehusbygg will enter into an agreement with Sysmex Norway NUF for this combination of analytical instruments in an automation line.
