Nachtrag 01: Gegenüber dem Hauptvertrag müssen die vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen in einer zusätzliche Sperrpause (nächtliche TSP vom 09.06.2023 bis 12.06.2023, jeweils von 22 Uhr bis 6 Uhr, inklusive Vorab-Abstimmungen mit BzS, Betra-Notiz, etc.) übernommen werden.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Durch den IBV wurde im Zuge der Inbetriebnahme eine zusätzliche Schotterhalterung angeordnet. Die Schotterhalterung muss kurzfristig in einer zusätzlichen Sperrpause eingebaut werden. Die Arbeiten werden kurzfristig im Schatten einer anderen Sperrpause durchgeführt.
