         Das HZB betreibt in seinem Rechenzentrum eine ELO-ECM-Landschaft. Diese wird aktuell als SAP-Dokumentenarchiv genutzt und soll in den kommenden Jahren eine zentrale Rolle für das sogenannte „Papierlose Büro“ übernehmen. Das HZB sucht für die beide n im folgenden genannten Leistungsteile einen neuen Auftragnehmer:

         • ELO-Basisbetrieb (Systemservice) mit Lizenzwartung

         • Einführung digitales Vertragsmanagements (ELO-Contract)

         2.) Es sind von den Bietern drei (3) mit dem Auftragsgegenstand vergleichbare Referenzen einzureichen (Mindestanforderung an die Eignung). Gegenstand der Referenzprojekte muss sein:

         Referenzprojekt 1 - Einführung eines Vertragsmanagement-Moduls in der ELO ECM Suite

         Referenzprojekt 2 - Migration von Daten aus einem Altsystem in ein Vertragsmanagementsystem auf der Basis von ELO Contract.

         Das Altsystem darf kein Vertragsmanagementsystem auf der Basis von ELO Contract sein.

         Referenzprojekt 3 - Erbringung des Basisbetriebs für eine produktiv genutzte ELO ECM Suite-Umgebung

         Eine Referenz ist mit dem Auftragsgegenstand vergleichbar, wenn

         - sie ein beim Referenzgeber produktiv genutztes ELO ECM Suite System zum Gegenstand hat/hatte,

         - der Referenzgeber mehr als 500 Mitarbeiter hat,

         - ihr Vertragsende nicht länger als drei Jahre zurückliegt (gerechnet ab dem Ende der Angebotsabgabefrist in hiesigem Vergabeverfahren),

         - das Referenzprojekt abgeschlossen ist und in dem Vertragsmanagement-Modul auf der Basis von ELO Contract mindestens 1.000 Verträge (aktiv und abgelaufen) verwaltet werden/wurden (nur Referenzprojekt 1 und 2),

         - sie eine Vertragsdauer von mind. zwei Jahre hat/hatte (nur Referenzprojekt 3),

         - sie unter Angabe des Auftraggebers mit Ansprechpartnerin/Ansprechpartner und deren/dessen Kommunikationsverbindungen eingereicht werden.
