contract:
Sanierung der Abwasser- und Trinkwasseranlagen, inkl. Brandschutz an Heizungs-, Kälte-, Sprinkler- und Sanitärrohrleitungen erfolt im Gebäude (Büro- u. Wohnungen) Die Baumaßnahme wird in innenliegenden Schächten, die vom 2. UG bis 7. OG / DG und in verschiedenen Gebäudesegmenten verlaufen, in den WC Bereichen, Behinderten WC`s, Teeküchen und Umkleide U1 ausgeführt. Die Schmutzwasserleitungen sind im Bestand aus Gusseisen (SML) verlegt und werden komplett ausgetauscht. Die neuen Schmutzwasserleitungen aus einem schallgedämmten Abwassersystem für die Hausentwässerung (Material PE-S2, Dauer-temperatur 60°C, Baustoffklasse B2 normal entflammbar) hergestellt. Die Regenwasserleitungen sind im Bestand aus Gusseisen (SML) verlegt und werden im Bereich von Schächten und im UG ausgetauscht. Die vorhandenen RW - Fallleitungen im Aussenbereich, hinter den Fassadenbekleidungen sowie die daran angeschlossenen Dacheinläufe bleiben bestehen. Das alte Trinkwasserrohrleitungssystem wird , bis auf die Kellerleitung komplett zurück gebaut und entsorgt. Es wir im Geäude ein neues Trinkwasserleitungsnetz errichtet (Kalt- u. Warmwasser, Zirkulation). Alle Objekte und Armaturen werden vollständig erneuert. Die neuen Warmwasserbereitungsanlagen werden in das bestehende Heizungsnetz, jeweils an den Heizungsverteilern im UG eingebunden. Zur Anwendung kommt schwarzes Stahlrohr. Die Rohrverbindungen werden mittels Schweissen hergestellt. Die brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung von Installationen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung umfasst die Behebung der Mängel aus vorliegenden Brandschutz - Prüfberichten sowie weiteren, erkannten, nicht ausreichenden Brandschutzschottungen. In dem vorl. Brandschutzkonzept vom 01.11.2017sind in den Geschossen EG bis 6.OG Nutzungseinheiten mit jeweils = 400 m² ausgebildet. Zur Trennung der Einheiten untereinander werden teilweise im Bestand vorhandene Wände genutzt, welche gegebenenfalls zu ertüchtigen sind. Die betroffene TGA-Leitungen sind brandschutztechnisch zu ertüchtigen.
