Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Vorliegend kann ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers aus wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen, weil ein Auftragnehmerwechsel ist aus fachlichen Gründen objektiv unmöglich und abseits dessen auch aus Sicht der Marktsituation nicht wahrscheinlich.Der Ausschreibungsgegenstand so komplex und speziell, dass für die Gesamtleistung nur 1 Unternehmen ein Angebot eingereicht hat. Die aufgeführten Änderungen sind direkt mit der unternehmensspezifischen, beauftragten Leistung verbunden.
