         Es werden folgende Eignungskriterien für die Bewertung der Bewerber angesetzt:

         - Durchschnittlicher Jahresumsatz in den letzten drei Geschäftsjahren

         - Mindestanforderung für die Bewerbung ist die Erklärung der Versicherungsgesellschaft, dass im Auftragsfall

         eine Versicherung über nachfolgende Deckungssummen abgeschlossen wird. Die Erklärung des Versicherers muss der Bewerbung beigelegt werden. Die Deckungssummen dieser Versicherung müssen je Schadensfall mindestens betragen:

         a) für Personenschäden 1.500.000 EUR b) für sonstige Schäden 1.500.000 EUR
