Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Bauzeitliche Verzögerungen:

- Anschnitt von nicht tragfähigen Keuper und damit Absenkung der Gründungssohle bis hin zu trag fähigen Baugrundschichten

- Erweiterung des vorhandene Baugrundgutachtens auf neue ausreichende Erkundungstiefe gemäß DIN 4020 für die statische Nachweisführung

- ergänzende Aufschlussbohrungen, Pumpversuche u. Berichtserstellung für d. Bemessung der Uferwand v

sowie die Installation und Betrieb einer geschlossenen Wasserhaltung, aufgrund neuer Gründungssohle

- Vorbohren und Betonabbruch im Sanierungsbereich

- Entsorgung Sedimente und Wiederherstellung der Baustraße im Mühlgraben nach dem Winterhochwasser 2022

- Mengenmehrungen im Erdbau im Neubaubereich Winkelstützmauer

- Herstellung der zusätzlichen Winkelstützmauer (Bauteile 15 und 16) im Bereich der Rampe
