        The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit a Tender for the procurement of the delivery and maintenance of containerized buildings.

        The tendering procedure will be conducted as a public procedure pursuant to the Dutch Public Procurement Act 2012 (AW2012), with a shortened time limit for submitting a Tender.

        The procedure will be conducted fully electronically via the Negometrix online tendering platform. Further information about the use of Negometrix is at the website.

      4. Description of the procurement:

        The Dutch Ministry of Defence needs infastructure in Bosnia. The planned infrastructure is divided between two locations named "HOTEL" and "NOVEMBER".

        The contract includes the delivery* and maintenance (including annual inspection) of containerized buildings for several purposes as described in the Program of Requirements (PoR).

        *including its assembly, installation, the complete construction of the buildings and the connection to the local network.

      Due to the urgency the Contracting Authority has shortened the time limit for submitting a Tender. The mission in Bosnia contributes to reducing the chance of a new one conflict in the region of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The infrastructure serves therefore to be realized as soon as possible to serve the military to provide shelter. The Chamber has yet to be informed about this. With regular registration periods, the timelines are not met and the execution of the mission is at risk.
