         Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind 3 Lose, die Lieferung von Steuerelektronik, einer Analyse-Vakuumkammer und He4-Badkryostat für die Kühlung eines Tieftemperatur-Rastertunnel-/Rasterkraftmikroskops, das im Ultrahochvakuum arbeitet.

         Bei dieser Veröffentlichung handelt es sich um eine Verhandlungsverfahren mit öffentlichem Teilnahmewettbewerb. Die für die Teilnahme erforderlichen Unterlagen sowie die geltenden Bedingungen sind im Projektraum auf dem Vergabemarktplatz Brandenburg hinterlegt. Nach Ablauf der Teilnahmefrist erhalten alle Unternehmen die einen Teilnahmeantrag abgegeben haben und geeignet sind, eine separate Aufforderung zur Abgabe eines Angebotes. In der gegenwärtigen Verfahrensphase ist noch kein Angebot erforderlich.

         Die Steuerelektronik soll auf atomare Auflösung ausgerichtet sein. Sie soll zusätzliche Messmodi wie Kelvin-Sondenmikroskopie, Atom-Tracking und Atom-Manipulation ermöglichen. Sie soll die Aufnahme von zusätzlichen Messparametern z.B. den Strom, der durch die Probe fließt, ermöglichen und zur schon vorhandenen Steuerelektronik kompatibel sein.
